Beer & Wine Tasting and Silent Auction

In our auction, you can find gift certificates to many of your favorite Lake Street restaurants and beyond, tickets to some of the shows put on by our many theaters, sporting events, gift baskets for any occasion, lots of different pieces from local artists, and a whole assortment of items from signed books to snowblowers. All that, plus sample from your choice of our over 30 different selections of wine, beer, and coffee!

This unique collaboration introduces two signature performance characters -- Buffalo Man and Indian of the Future -- to one another. For the first time on stage, the two will face each other in an epic battle for the right to protect Indian Country...or will they?

November 17th: Calhoun Square's Annual
Coffee Festival
10:00 AM - 2:00 PM, 3001 Hennepin Ave. S.
Eclectic sampling of the Twin Cities' best coffee, tea and dessert vendors, caffeinated improvisational comedy shows by Comedy Sportz, fortunes read in coffee, and a lot more. Admission $9, which includes a commemorative mug and access to all attractions.

Through January 13th: A Nordic Christmas, at the American Swedish Institute
2600 Park Ave.
This annual holiday exhibit features the 100-year-old Turnblad mansion decorated for Christmas, and highlights traditions of Iceland, Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden with decorated trees and table settings for each Nordic country.

A colorful, interactive gallery experience that highlights the connections between people and place in Lake Street's past, present, and future.
