April 16th: "Meet the Beat" Safety Center Open House

This is your opportunity to meet with MPD Beat Officers, Law Enforcement and Safety Center Staff, Probation Officers, City & County Attorneys who actively work in your neighborhoods.

April 16th
: Lake Street Construction Meeting
2:00 PM, 105 West Lake Street (Champions)
County & City project staff discuss the latest construction updates and listen and respond to business concerns.

April 17th - 19th: Ramble-Ations: A One D-Lo Show, presented by Pangea World Theater
7:30 PM, 2822 Lyndale Ave. S. (Intermedia Arts)
"Weaving personal stories through poetry, music, comedy and video, D’Lo also presents a parade of characters, real and imaginary. These diverse, flawed characters come to the stage to share their stories."

April 17th
: Spirit On Lake Housing Cooperative Interest Meeting

April 19th: Earth Day Celebration, at Midtown Global Market

Cooking demonstrations, samplings, children's activities and music. Highlighting ways people can lead greener lives by shopping locally, using earth-friendly products, recycling, and reducing their carbon footprint.

April 22nd: Out Rage Us Cabaret, at Patrick's Cabaret

Su Smallen will present her poem, To the Goddess of Love and Beauty, that was inspired by Outrageous in January. Su is the author of Weight of Light, which was nominated for a Lambda Literary Award, and her poems appear in literary journals including Bloom, Water-Stone Review, and Bellingham Review.

: Broken Brain Summit, at Old Arizona

Council Member Robert Lilligren will come to talk about the opening of Nicollet at Lake Street.

May 3rd: Spring Fling Thing, at Vera's Cafe

Featuring a pig roast and live music on the patio and parking lot.
