Council's
mission

Events in the coming week on Lake Street include Brake for
Breakfast at the Phillips Eco Enterprise Center on Thursday
morning, the start of Pangea World Theater's Alternate Visions
Festival on the 10th-13th, and Carnival de Wonque
at Patrick's Cabaret on the 12th.
