Lake Street Brochure Available Today!

Wait no longer, the first run of Lake Street's new big marketing tool has now arrived! The good people at Meet Minneapolis are helping us to distribute 10,000 of them to various tourist and marketing points around the area, and they'll be in our hands everywhere we go.
To see it for yourself, visit our About Lake Street page: it's now front and center. Chances are we'll also be eager to show you one of the copies we have the next time we see you. And don't be surprised if you see a new customer holding one in their hand when they walk through the door of your business!

Right on Lake Street Grand Opening This Evening
The years of interviews by Macalester College students, followed up by a lot of hard work from the college, the Minnesota Historical Society, and In the Heart of the Beast Theatre, are all coming into full bloom tonight with the opening of the Right on Lake Street exhibit at the History Center, 345 W. Kellogg Blvd. in St. Paul. Remember to check out the full itinerary for the event on our website. Lake Street Council will be there with our own table, carrying things like our new brochures, 21 Hop & Shop promotions, and some looks back at Lake Street history, and our own.
Be sure to pick up a promotional flyer that also offers a 2-for-1 admission discount to the exhibit! We've been distributing them to many places along the street, like Roberts Shoes, Ingebretsen's, East Lake Library, Dunn Brothers, Town Talk, and many more. Even if you have plans that there's no way to get out of tonight, this admission offer is good through the entire run of the exhibit, which is March of next year. So there is every reason to go, and no excuse not to!
And for a preview of what to expect at the exhibit, go back to the MHS Lake Street page and have a look at their 21A link. It's a fun interactive online experience that gives a look at a lot of the major institutions of Lake, past and present.
