Lake Street Council now has Facade Improvement Grants Available

Fix up your building! Here are some examples of Lake Street facades improved through this program.

These matching grants come to us through the City of Minneapolis's Great Streets program. They are for use on such facade improvements as exterior painting, murals, canopies, and signage. Matching grants are available up to $5000 and will be matched either on a 1:1 or 1:2 basis, depending on your location on Lake Street.
